Often, the young people who would benefit most from engaging in arts programs are frequently from the families who can least afford them. This Giving Tuesday join us and help grow our bursary fund.
The bursary fund is essential to ensuring our programs are within reach of all youth, and is designed to assist families in overcoming the financial barriers to accessing high-quality arts programs for their kids.
Students who receive a bursary can enroll in any Arts Umbrella program they want to. Over 1,000 classes are available each year and include Early Learning, Visual Arts, Media Arts, Theatre Arts, Dance and Music.
One Gift. Double the Impact.
Every gift is being matched dollar for dollar, up to $10,000, by the Arts Umbrella Board of Directors. Your support will help ensure the life-changing benefits of the arts are available to as many children as possible.
About Arts Umbrella
Arts Umbrella is a not-for-profit arts organization where young artists cultivate creativity through performing, visual, and media arts. Since 1979, Arts Umbrella has opened the doors for all kids and teens ages 2 to 19 to learn, create, and achieve goals through the arts. Arts Umbrella students range from preschoolers to pre-professionals, taking part in 785 classes at four locations. Each year, more than 21,500 children experience the arts at Arts Umbrella – and more than 14,000 do so at no cost to their families.Donate now
