The stories in the Gift of the Hit: Collected Stories Vol 1showcase the strength of the human spirit through the accounts of 21 amazing individuals, ordinary people who have embraced extraordinary events, and who have chosen to find the GIFT within their HIT.
Inspiring tales of courage and resilience from 21 Canadians facing adversity such as; Mental illness, Parkinson's, dementia, stillbirth, ALS, divorce, lupus, cancers, etc. Guest authors presenting will be Peter Davison and Sheila Morrison. Bring friends to a book launch:
At the November 29 book launch, retired motivational speaker, Peter Davison will be among the authors sharing excerpts from their journey to unwrap gifts from hits. Peter explains his hit gift insight, "Getting Parkinson's at age 45 turned my world upside down, but over time became the BEST thing that ever happened to me!"
