PayPal: once again for GivingTuesday, PayPal is launching a 1% match for all donations on CanadaHelps.org from November 29th st to December 31st. Check it out.

Wilsons Home Heating Halifax: is sending hug teams around Halifax. Each hug triggers a $10 donation to one of 3 local charities: FEED Nova Scotia, SPCA, and Brigadoon Village. Learn more at www.spreadthewarmth.org

Adsum Halifax: Nov 29th celebrations 9-5pm- accepting donations of "New" items for Christmas @ Adsum House, 2:30-4pm Adsum Angels giving hot chocolate and candy canes @ The Halifax North Library Gottingen St.

ALS New Brunswick and Nova Scotia: the Old Port Pub & Grill in Dartmouth NS will be donating $1 from every burger sold on Nov 29th to our #CareforaClient fundraising goal.

Chalmers Hospital Foundation Fredericton: in partnership with Priority Personnel, donors to the Care for Kids campaign Nov 21-29 are entered to win a "Date Night" gift basket (1 night at Crowne Plaza Lord Beaverbrook, dinner and more). BONUS entries if you share the Facebook post.

NDG Food Depot Montreal: on Nov 29th, celebrating 30 years with an open house and a $30,000 goal to buy fresh veggies! Visit us, have a delicious meal, be entertained, see our programs in action.

Welcome Hall Mission Montreal: holding the #500mealschallenge to raise $2,000 to provide 500 meals for homeless people for GivingTuesday.

Tyndale St. Georges Community Centre Montreal: Nov 29th open house for parents, students, volunteers and staff. Live music, snacks, and reading. Cocktails at 5pm and announcement re. the Children's Library.

AFP Ottawa: local charities will meet with Mayor Jim Watson for a proclamation of GivingTuesday Nov 29th at Ottawa City Hall. By invitation only info: govtrelations@afpottawa.ca.

Skyline Group of Companies Guelph: 120 employees will volunteer serving more than 2,500 meals to over 900 kids. We’re also adopting 12 local families through Adopt-a-Family, providing gifts for an amazing family holiday!

Belmont Village Financial Group, Sky Machine Creative, and Belmont Village Food Avenue Waterloo: hosting a community food drive ending on Nov 29th – GivingTuesday with proceeds to Food Bank of Waterloo. Last year the drive raised over 565 lbs of food.

Civic Movement Kitchener-Waterloo: on Nov 29th stop by our Giving Fairs at Conestoga Mall (9:30am-9pm) and Cambridge Centre (9am-7:30pm), to see more than 30 non-profits and charities. The Kitchener Rangers players at Conestoga 5-8:30pm for an autograph session.

Life Donation AwarenessWaterloo: GivingTuesday goal is to get 105 people to register their organ and tissue donor consent at Beadonor.ca, giving the gift of life. Meet us at Conestoga Mall Kitchener on November 29th from 1-5pm.

Canadian Pacific Cambridge: this year the CP Holiday Train will stop in Cambridge on Nov 29th GivingTuesday. Come out to donate food and funds, celebrate, take an #UNselfie, have hot dogs, hot chocolate and more.

Bereaved Families of Ontario Kitchener: In the 20 days leading up to GivingTuesday, celebrating our 20th anniversary with 20 days 20 ways, presenting different ways we can work together to make our community stronger.

Humane Society Toronto: kids can write Pen Pals For Pets letters to long-stay animals – and come in on GivingTuesday to visit the pets and see all the letters. Also holding a workplace Paw It Forward donation drive, collecting gently used items education@torontohumanesociety.com.

Upside Foundation Toronto: our GivingTuesday goal is to get 32 new startups to donate equity to charities, using a 1 month social media campaign for startups to share how they are giving back and enabling volunteering opportunities.

Canadian Jesuits International Toronto: on a GivingTuesday we will be engaging with schools for a talk about education for refugees at St. Michael’s College, Nov 29th at 7:00pm. Our goal is $50,000 for a new roof for our centre in Ethiopia. For more info/RSVP email cji@jesuits.ca.

Ontario Nature Toronto: Bee Wild this GivingTuesday and join us to help protect Ontario's wild pollinators. Every dollar donated will be matched by Ontario Power Generation up to $10,000.

Boston Pizza Mississauga: several outlets are celebrating GivingTuesday by donating 10% of their sales on Nov 29th to various charities: The Riverwood Conservancy, Alzheimer Society of Peel, United Way of Peel Region and Big Brothers and Big Sisters.

ERDO (Emergency Relief & Development Overseas) Mississauga: Give a Goat this GivingTuesday to help provide 100 goats to widows in Kenya, helping them to recover from drought and access a reliable food source for their families.

University of Toronto Mississauga: hosting a volunteering and networking fair for UTM students 10am-2pm. More info linked here.

Collective Hearts Burlington: local youth will meet for a panel discussion on how they are creating a culture of philanthropy – Nov 29 5:30pm Burlington Performing Arts Centre

Merrymount Centre London: Nov 29th is GivingThanksDay - we will be thanking all of our supporters, and sharing stories to raise awareness and engage our community.

A Greener Future Ontario: We'll be picking up litter on Nov 29th for #GivingTuesdayCA join us from anywhere by tweeting us a pic of some pieces you pick up @aGreenerTeam !

United Way Bruce Grey: “Brown bag” with us on Nov 29th. Donate your take out coffee and lunch money and Bruce Power will match all donations up to $10 000.

Emergent BioSolutions Winnipeg: employees are organizing a toy drive for the Manitoba Children's Hospital Foundation and Emergent is purchasing breast pumps for the NICU moms.

AFP Calgary: local charities will meet to celebrate Mayor Naheed Neshi's proclamation of GivingTuesday Nov 29 at 8:30 am at the Odd Fellow's Building 4floor (100 - 6 Avenue SW). Invitation only. Thanks to Cenovus Energy for their support.

Fair Trade Calgary: Holiday Mixer on Nov 29th at 5 pm in partnership with Good Mobs and Place2Give. Place2Give will be selling charity giftcards and attendees will enjoy eats with local and fairtrade beers. 1410 World Bierhaus 1410 17 Ave SW.

St Albert Gives: join us on Nov 29th, 2016 at St. Albert Servus Place foyer for a Flash Philanthropy and awareness event #StAGives

GivingTuesday Okanagan: Launching Canada's 150th Anniversary by encouraging organizations and individuals to find 150 ways to give: 150 volunteer hours, 150 food items, 150 clothing items, 150 toys, $150 dollars, 150 thank yous. The Mayors in Penticton, Kelowna and Vernon will be making public proclamations on Nov 29th.

Salvation Army Vancouver: Rock Out With Your Socks Out on GivingTuesday - donate a toonie or a new pair of socks and post an #UNSELFIE of your own funkiest socks to help our guests have 1,500 new pairs of socks and healthier, warmer, drier feet this winter!

The Good Soup Truck Vancouver: on Nov 29th serving free soup and a bun to single parent families and seniors from 4:30pm onward. Our goal is $5000 to fund a month of soup meals for those in need!

Decoda Literacy Vancouver: providing literacy support for 25 children in foster care, supporting 25 Syrian refugee children and their families and providing bursaries to 15 adult literacy attendees.

Cowichan Intercultural Society: sponsoring a Syrian Art exhibit and raffle to benefit Syrian families, support English classes, childcare, counseling services, translation, transportation and more.

Mid Island Gives Nanaimo: join our giving luncheon Nov 29th, 12 noon at the Port Theatre with guest speaker Michelle Stillwell, paralympian medalist and BC Minister for Social Development and Social Innovation. More info midislandgives.ca.
