Canadian Blood Services took advantage of celebrity ambassadors, PR and matching gifts to mobilize donations on GivingTuesday. The campaign was a financial success and saw them trending on Twitter.

Our GivingTuesday experience was very positive and the results achieved were beyond our expectations. We feel our efforts were a great success, given our focus on financial donations deviated from the usual “ask” by Canadian Blood Services (ie. Blood donation).
