Anxiety Disorders Association of Manitoba

In conjunction with Giving Tuesday, we are having an 8-hour Relaxation Marathon. We are providing a space for people to come and unwind/ relax. They can participate in meditation, breathing exercises, learn muscle relaxation techniques or just listen to soothing music while they sip on tea, read a book or just nap on our yoga mats.
