Canadian Mental Health Association Middlesex

On Giving Tuesday we are asking you to support strength, recovery and hope for individuals struggling with mental health issues in our community! We are proud to tell you three stories of strength, recovery and hope to inspire you to give:

“I thought I was the toughest, strongest guy out there. But, I showed that I was vulnerable. There is a lot of help for you too.” ~ Dustin
Your gift of strength will be directed to our Rural Mental Health Fund to pay for extra counseling hours at our Strathroy site.

“They didn’t turn their back on me. They helped me learn how to notice my anxiety. And, having my own place makes me feel safe and confident.” ~ Joseph
Your gift of recovery will be directed to our Recovery Fund to help purchase furniture for individuals in our Housing 1st program.

"I’m thankful every day that My Sisters’ Place is here. It makes me feel wanted. Because people don’t realize what it’s like to be homeless.” ~ Carol
Your gift of hope will be directed to the My Sisters' Place Fund to make sure that women can attend workshops and are connected to a circle of services.

At CMHA Middlesex we believe in strength, recovery and hope. You can be a part of it. Donate today at
