Kids Code Jeunesse

Kids Code Jeunesse (KCJ) is a national, bilingual not for profit organization. Since 2013, we have reached more than 4300 educators and over 150,000 kids. We’re igniting young minds across Canada by teaching kids, their teachers, and their parents to code. Learning computational thinking, coding, and physical computing provides youth with the skills needed to create, communicate, and innovate with the tools of the 21st century. By introducing code into classrooms and communities, we’re able to create a new generation of thinkers, creators and doers.

This year KCJ will be focusing on our Code Club program, a national network of clubs run in communities by volunteers. Code Club helps undeserved and marginalized populations in Canada have access to the same learning opportunities. With over 500 clubs across the country, Code Club requires support from donors to keep the program growing among Canadian communities.
